Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using active listening and careful reading, through chat and email queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
