The recruitment team is accepting applications for the role described below. Candidate sourcing location: Nashik, Maharashtra. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
