Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through non-voice support queues, with attention to professional communication while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
