Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using accurate information and calm handling, through written support tickets, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
