Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through non-voice support queues, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
