Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with request status checks and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
