Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with request status checks and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
