Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using patient, customer-focused communication, through international customer care channels, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with request status checks and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
