The recruitment team is accepting applications for the role described below. Candidate sourcing location: Siliguri, West Bengal. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using accurate information and calm handling, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with request status checks and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
