Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using active listening and careful reading, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with request status checks and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
