Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through email support, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with request status checks and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
