Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with request status checks and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
