Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using active listening and careful reading, through non-voice support queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with request status checks and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
