Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using accurate information and calm handling, through chat and email queues, with attention to professional communication while assisting with request status checks and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
