Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with request status checks and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
