We are reviewing applications for this international service position. Candidate sourcing location: Siliguri, West Bengal. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using accurate information and calm handling, through email support, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
