Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using accurate information and calm handling, through international customer care channels, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
