Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through international customer care channels, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
