Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using patient, customer-focused communication, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
