Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
