Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
