Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
