Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using approved process guidelines, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
