Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through written support tickets, with attention to professional communication while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
