Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through non-voice support queues, with attention to professional communication while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
