Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through written support tickets, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
