Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through international customer care channels, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with billing-related questions where applicable and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
