Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

💰 Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Interaction & Relationship Management: Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties. Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and payment options. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent service.
  • Property Sales & Negotiation: Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective buyers. Negotiate deals to ensure the best possible outcome for both the client and the company. Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and formalities.
  • Market Research & Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Understand regulatory and legal requirements related to property transactions. Provide insights to management regarding market demand and customer preferences.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management. Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met during property transactions

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Education: Minimum of 12th pass; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler for commuting.
