Counsellor

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Counsellor to join our team. This is a non-sales, B2B process-focused role where you will be responsible for providing accurate information about courses and workshops to clients. There are no sales targets or convincing skills required.

Responsibilities:-

1.Engage with clients professionally to provide complete details about our courses and workshops

2.Maintain a proactive approach in customer interactions to ensure clarity and satisfaction

3.Manage and maintain follow-ups and client reminders effectively

4.Document and track client queries, ensuring timely responses and updates

5.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
