Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using approved process guidelines, through written support tickets, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
