Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using accurate information and calm handling, through chat and email queues, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
