Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through non-voice support queues, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
