Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
