Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using active listening and careful reading, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
