Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
