Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
