Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers.

* Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.

* Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.

* Maintain a record of calls and customer responses.

* Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
