Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through customer calls, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
