Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using active listening and careful reading, through chat and email queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
