Job Title: Senior Counsellor (Female Only)

Location: 9F, First Floor, Kamla Nagar, Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday Fixed Off)

Qualifications: Graduation (Any Stream)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in hand + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Counsellor to communicate with business owners and provide them with accurate details about available courses and workshops. This role focuses purely on informative support via phone calls—no sales or targets involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and inform business owners about relevant courses and workshops.
• Provide clear, structured responses to queries.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication in all interactions.
• Schedule and manage timely follow-ups and reminders.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all conversations.
• Ensure smooth and helpful support throughout the customer journey.
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary for further assistance.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
• Comfortable handling B2B professional calls.
• Only female candidates below 37 years of age are eligible to apply.
