Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Answer routine enquiries, maintain clear notes, and escalate cases that need extra support. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using patient, customer-focused communication, through chat and email queues, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
