Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through chat and email queues, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a helpful communication style are expected.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
