Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with handover of complex issues and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
