We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in recruitment and human resources.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and track metrics related to the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Familiarity with various recruitment methods and platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
