An opportunity is available with ALFA TZA LLP for candidates who can communicate clearly with prospective borrowers.

Candidate area: Sector 26, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Office address: 3rd Floor, Vashi Plaza, D Wing-512, Plot No. 80/81, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ? 400703.

Role focus: Customer relationship and application updates.

Responsibilities:

• Contact assigned leads by phone and explain available personal loan options.
• Ask basic qualifying questions and route eligible enquiries to the processing team.
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up records.

Requirements: Hindi communication is required; Marathi or English is an advantage. Prior loan, banking or DSA experience is preferred.

Salary: Compensation will be discussed based on experience; performance incentives may apply.

Work details: Employment: Full-time; this is an office-based role.
