Candidate area: Sector 8, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Office address: 3rd Floor, Vashi Plaza, D Wing-512, Plot No. 80/81, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ? 400703.

Role focus: Outbound loan calling.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in personal loans.
• Collect document details and coordinate next steps with the processing team.
• Keep customer information confidential and update records accurately.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable speaking with customers, maintaining call records and coordinating follow-ups. Freshers may apply.

Salary: Experience-based salary plus performance incentives, as stated by the employer.
