ALFA TZA LLP is hiring energetic team members for its personal loan sales process.

Candidate area: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.

Office address: 3rd Floor, Vashi Plaza, D Wing-512, Plot No. 80/81, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ? 400703.

Role focus: Banking customer calls and loan offers.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in personal loans.
• Collect document details and coordinate next steps with the processing team.
• Keep customer information confidential and update records accurately.

Requirements: Hindi communication is required; Marathi or English is an advantage. Prior loan, banking or DSA experience is preferred.

Salary: Experience-based salary plus performance incentives, as stated by the employer.

Work details: Work arrangement: Full-time and on-site at the Vashi office.

Ensure each interaction is recorded correctly and customer data remains confidential.
