Role focus: Outbound loan calling.

Responsibilities:

• Contact assigned leads by phone and explain available personal loan options.
• Ask basic qualifying questions and route eligible enquiries to the processing team.
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up records.

Requirements: Suitable candidates should explain information clearly, protect customer details and work responsibly toward team targets.
