Build experience in loan sales with ALFA TZA LLP by assisting customers through the initial enquiry process.

Candidate area: Sector 9, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Role focus: Customer enquiries and loan sales.

Responsibilities:

• Contact assigned leads by phone and explain available personal loan options.
• Ask basic qualifying questions and route eligible enquiries to the processing team.
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up records.

Requirements: Basic computer skills and professional phone etiquette are expected. Loan sales or customer calling experience is an advantage.

Salary: Salary depends on relevant experience and the employer's assessment. Performance-linked incentives are available as applicable.

Work details: Work arrangement: Full-time and on-site at the Vashi office.
