ALFA TZA LLP is looking for motivated candidates for customer calling and personal loan application support.

Candidate area: Sector 23, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Office address: 3rd Floor, Vashi Plaza, D Wing-512, Plot No. 80/81, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ? 400703.

Role focus: Personal loan enquiries and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls for personal loan enquiries.
• Explain the application process and required documents clearly.
• Coordinate with the processing team for pending applications.

Requirements: Hindi communication is required; Marathi or English is an advantage. Prior loan, banking or DSA experience is preferred.

Salary: Experience-based salary plus performance incentives, as stated by the employer.

Work details: Role type: Full-time, in-office.

Support the team by keeping lead status and follow-up details up to date.
